Aims and Objectives
We aim to provide an environment and a level of customer care to reflect the excellence in clinical delivery that our clinicians strive to give to all our patients, ultimately treating patients as we would wish to be treated – with respect, professional excellence and courtesy allowing them to make an informed choice about treatment at all times. This is underpinned by a number of key values:
Communication – sharing knowledge, information, feelings and ideas and respecting the integrity of each individual
Empowerment – taking responsibility for success and collaborating to equip everyone in their jobs with necessary tools, developmental actions and freedom to act
Team spirit – creating and maintaining cross-functional teams where members support and value each other, provide and receive guidance, share knowledge and unite individual potential and talents to act as one high performing family
The Objectives of the practice are to deliver a service of high standards in line with Professional standards.
This is achieved by taking all complaints seriously. Where a complaint is made it will be recorded, fully investigated and the complaint kept fully informed. Where a complaint is found to be justified, remedial action will be implemented. A full complaints procedure is in place and includes a Patients Guide to initiating a Complaint.
